CONFIRMATION
All orders received by web, email or face-book are not confirmed until a member of our staff contacts you to confirm.
CANCELLATION
Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation of orders.
Same day cancellations unfortunately are not accepted.
Postponing orders can be organised.
